- Since the accommodation adjustment is an additional service arrangement, please understand that we cannot assist you in sharing rooms.

(Triple rooms can be: double bed +sofa bed, twin beds + sofa bed, three single beds, double bed + 1 single bed, etc., subject to actual arrangement.)**If one adult is traveling with one child aged 2-11, they will be charged the standard rate for two adults and will be arranged to stay in a standard room to avoid inconveniencing other tourists. Both rooms will be arranged with one adult and one child per room.The child will be charged the adult rate if they occupy a bed.
- Guests aged 70 or above and guests under 18 should be accompanied by an adult relative or friend under 65 to join the tour. We suggest that the accompanying relatives or friends purchase the corresponding insurance products for the elderly before joining the tour. Special Reminders
- The tour will proceed with a minimum of one participant. Please thoroughly review all relevant precautions before booking. Based on a full understanding of the hardship of a journey and the limited medical conditions during the trip, guests can sign up for this tour determining that their physical conditions are suitable to participate.
- This is an open-loop journey, and it is possible that the guests, guides, and drivers on your team may also change during the trip. If you choose the room-sharing service, your roommate may also change along the journey. Our company will arrange a same-sex roommate by default. Note: Although roommates are arranged by our company, their personalities and behaviors are their own responsibility and have nothing to do with our company. In the event of any differences in habits or disputes, our company and guides will not be responsible for mediating or intervening.
- The bus type will change according to the number of participants. If the number is extremely small, we may arrange public transportation or a minibus driven by the guide for certain stages of the journey. For safety reasons, the European Transportation Department mandates that each child, regardless of his or her age, must occupy a seat. Since most buses are not equipped with child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 are suggested to bring their own. A child safety seat can only occupy one seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personal child safety seats will be compatible with the tour buses. Please take note of this.
- Traveling in Europe differs from traveling in other countries around the world. Most tourist attractions are not accessible by tour buses and require visitors to walk around for sightseeing. If a guest has limited mobility to join the group in walking activities, he or she may have to wait in the vehicle at certain sites, and no refunds will be issued for such circumstances; acceptance of this term is assumed when the registration is made.
- Due to the limited luggage storage space in the buses, each guest can bring a single luggage of up to 30kg.
- We reserve the right to fine tune the detailed schedule on the itinerary. In some exceptional circumstances (including mechanical issues, traffic delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, sporting or religious events, protests, or other complicated situation), we also reserve the right to adjust the tourist attractions in the original itinerary or the order of the tour.
- If guests fail to appear at the designated times or locations( at the beginning of the tour or during the tour), any resulting issues, missed services and economic losses should be borne by the guests themselves.
- All guests, including adults and children must wear safety belts while the bus is in motion. To keep the bus clean, no drinks, food, or alcohol will be allowed on the bus. Please don’t leave your valuables on the bus even when the bus is locked, for our company bears no liabilities for the loss or theft of any item or luggage left in the bus.
- Guests voluntarily participating in hazardous activities (including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, etc.) are assumed to bear all responsibilities of property damage, personal injury or other disputes therefrom. Our company shall not be liable.
- Guests with poor health conditions should ask for doctors’ medical suggestions on participating in this tour and prepare for necessary medications and first-aid supplies according to their conditions. Our company bears no liability for any results caused by their pre-existing diseases. Our company also reserves the right to terminate the contract if a guest has contagious diseases endangering others, carries hazardous items and refuses to hand them over to relevant authorities, engages in illegal or immoral activities, engages in activities that seriously infringe upon the rights of other guests or violates any other stipulated laws.
- Given that some bus types might not be able to transport a wheelchair, we are sorry that we cannot accept bookings from wheelchair users. Kindly note this restriction when booking.
- If there is any medical emergency, guests notify the staff immediately, and our company will assist in sending the guest to the closest local medical institution for examination and treatment. Guests with hearing or visual impairments must be accompanied by a healthy travel companion to join the tour. Individuals with mental illnesses or without the ability to control their own behaviors cannot sign up for the tour.
- If guests have any subsequent travel plan that requires a transfer for other transportation when the group tour ends, we strongly suggest a buffer time of at least 3 hours to avoid unpredictable postponement brought about by the group tour. Our company will be liable for any losses incurred by insufficient buffer time. If guests choose to depart on their own, return, or leave the tour in any circumstance or for personal reasons, our company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or expenses incurred due to the delay of transportation or other reasons that prevent them from joining the scheduled itinerary or accommodation.
- As some guests might be allergic to pets and some hotels do not allow pets on the premises, participants are not allowed to bring pets on the tour. Please make alternative care arrangements for your pets in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- It cannot be guaranteed that your extended-stay hotel will be the same as the group hotel. The extended-stay hotel will be confirmed closer to the date.
- European hotels include breakfast, but it is mainly a simple continental breakfast. Continental breakfast means coffee or tea, juice, bread, and jam.
- European hotel rooms are relatively small, and facilities, equipment, and service levels are generally lower than those in Asia, the United States, and Canada. Guests should bring their own daily toiletries.
- Europe has a large temperature difference between day and night. The average temperature exceeds 30°C for fewer than two months each year, and European countries have a strong environmental awareness. Therefore, some European hotels still do not provide air conditioning. This does not mean the hotel facilities fail to meet standards. Thank you for your understanding.
<Transportation Notes>
- Distances between cities listed in the itinerary are for reference only. The company reserves the right to adjust them according to local traffic conditions.
- European law states that drivers may not drive for more than 10 hours per day and must have at least 12 consecutive hours of rest each day. Drivers must rest for 20 minutes after every two hours of driving.
- European laws impose strict limits on working hours. If you request extra services that require the driver to work overtime, the driver's consent must be obtained and an overtime service fee of EUR/GBP 50-200 per hour must be paid. Please respect and cooperate with the guide-driver's work, and please do not be late so that the itinerary can proceed smoothly.
- Europe emphasizes environmental protection. To avoid air pollution, drivers are not allowed to keep the air conditioning on while the vehicle is parked. Thank you for your understanding.
- For your safety, please fasten your seat belt while the tour vehicle is moving. The company and vehicle company will not be responsible for injuries caused by failure to do so.
<Shopping and Tax Refund Notes>
- There is no forced shopping throughout the trip.
- After receiving the goods you purchase, please carefully check the quantity, model, and quality on site. If problems are discovered only after leaving, exchange or return procedures will be complicated, and whether exchange or return is possible will depend on the specific situation.
- Shopping tax refunds are a policy of European countries. To protect your interests, the guide will provide specific information at that time. Please listen carefully to the guide's advice.
- Shopping is a personal activity. If tax refunds cannot be processed in time because a store has no agreement with customs or due to airport reasons such as flight delays, bank closure, or insufficient time for customs inspection, the company is not responsible for handling the tax refund.
- Shopping in Europe may qualify for approximately 8%-16% tax refund. Every tax refund method carries risks. Please read the European Shopping Tax Refund Notes carefully and complete the tax refund procedures yourself. Whether the tax refund succeeds does not depend on the guide, the travel agency, or even the store. Therefore, the company is not liable for any loss caused by tax refund failure.
<Airport Transfer Notes>
- Added airport transfer service includes transfers between the airport and pre-tour or post-tour hotels, and between the airport and the meeting point or tour-end point.
- Guests who have booked airport pickup service should confirm immediately after receiving the voucher that the name and mobile phone number provided at registration are correct and that the phone can receive roaming calls in Europe.
- After a guest's flight arrives, baggage claim and customs clearance usually take at least 30-45 minutes. The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the guest's flight arrival time.
- If guests become aware that their flight will be delayed, changed, or cancelled, please immediately notify the contact person on the voucher to make changes. We will do our best to adjust the pickup time, but we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made. If changes cannot be made, fees cannot be refunded, and guests must seek compensation from the airline on their own. If assistance is needed after arrival, please call the emergency number to contact us.
- The driver's waiting time for airport pickup is no more than 90 minutes after the flight arrival time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the driver may leave without responsibility. If the driver is required to return for pickup, a new charge will apply. If temporary airline delays make it impossible to notify the driver in time, the fee will not be refunded, and guests must seek compensation from the airline on their own.
- Airport drop-off service will be arranged 4 hours before the flight departure time to avoid missing the flight. If traffic jams or other unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances occur during the drop-off process, we will do our best to assist guests with the emergency situation. However, if guests are unable to board their flight on time due to such circumstances, the company has no connection with and bears no responsibility for it.
<Notes on Pre-Tour and Post-Tour Accommodation>
- Guests who have booked pre-tour accommodation should note that after arriving at the group hotel, they should check in at the hotel front desk themselves by presenting the hotel voucher and passport.
- Please note that international hotel practice, especially in Europe, is generally that check-in is available only from 3:00 p.m. If guests arrive early and the room is not yet ready because it is still being cleaned, please rest in the hotel lobby or leave luggage at the front desk and go out on your own, then return at 3:00 p.m. to check in. Thank you for your understanding.
- Guests who have booked post-tour accommodation do not need to worry about accommodation arrangements after leaving the tour. Our guide and team will take guests directly to the post-tour hotel and arrange check-in. If guests also have airport drop-off service the next day, the guide will inform them clearly of the lobby waiting time and related details for the next day. Please pay attention.
- Pre-tour and post-tour accommodation is only an additional package service. Therefore, we cannot assist guests with roommate matching. Thank you for your understanding.
<Other Notes>
- European travel differs from travel in other countries. Most tourist attractions do not allow tour buses to park nearby, so travelers need to walk to them. If travelers have limited mobility, they may only be able to wait in the vehicle at certain attractions and may find it inconvenient to join the group visit. Loss of such attraction visits cannot be used as a reason to request compensation or refund. Please assess your physical condition before registration. Registration indicates acceptance and understanding of this note.
- Please present this tour voucher when gathering and boarding. Late arrivals will not be waited for, and tour fees will not be refunded. In case of special circumstances, please call the emergency number.
- Participants are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including passport and visas if required. The validity period must be no less than six months from the departure date. Under any circumstances or for any reason, if a participant is refused entry by immigration or customs, the company has no responsibility. All losses are borne by the participant, and tour fees will not be refunded.

- Meals and tickets during the itinerary are at your own expense unless otherwise stated. Please calculate according to the "Spending Guide" and bring an appropriate amount of local currency for use during the trip.
- All participants must comply with the laws and regulations of each country. Carrying goods for commercial resale or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
- If participants, under any circumstances or for personal reasons, request to depart independently, return individually, or leave the tour midway, the company will assist with arrangements. Fees for the unfinished portion of the trip will not be refunded, and all actions after leaving the tour have no connection with the company.
- If aircraft or buses are delayed due to breakdowns or traffic congestion, requiring itinerary changes or cancellation of items, participants may not object or withdraw on that basis. If severe weather, strikes, or unexpected accidents cause itinerary delays, participants may not use this as a reason to request compensation or a refund of tour fees.
