Returning to Europe, the sights and scenery remained unchanged. The feast for the eyes and the palate was further enhanced by the excellent tour guide, Da Long. His outstanding professionalism and service made my trip to France, Italy, Switzerland, and Poland exceed my expectations! Da Long is the best travel experience I've ever had. A good product paired with a good tour guide determines the quality of a trip! He is the best "software" on Ctrip, a must-try! 👍👍
Overall, it was a very good in-depth tour of Italy 👍. The itinerary was well-planned, covering most of the classic places, and each place had ample time for activities! The tour bus was a Setra, and the driver was quite skilled, making the long journey not too tiring. The tour guide's explanations were detailed and easy to understand, and he took good care of each member of the group. The only drawback was the poor hotel selection; most of the hotels were located in very remote rural areas, and for 2-3 nights there were no places to eat nearby… Some hotel facilities were even comparable to guesthouses in China from 20 years ago 😂 However, considering the price of less than 20,000 RMB including airfare and single room supplement, it wasn't unacceptable.

The itinerary and hotel service were excellent, exceeding my expectations. Feng Bo was a top-notch tour guide with an exceptionally strong sense of responsibility. He worked tirelessly throughout the seven-day trip, not only explaining the unique features of the scenic spots but also providing detailed introductions to the history and culture of England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales from different periods, as well as the various architectural styles. His humorous and engaging style made the trip very interesting. As an 84-year-old, I received special care from Guide Feng throughout the trip. He even prepared an umbrella with a long handle for me to use as a walking stick, which I used to climb Edinburgh Castle – I was so happy!
Although the trip was a little tiring, the scenery made it all worthwhile. The hotel was also very nice, and the tour guide was very professional and patient. It was a great trip overall.

Our Balkan trip has come to a successful end! We had a wonderful time. The Balkan Peninsula truly is a hidden gem of Europe, boasting magnificent natural scenery and a rich historical heritage. The combination of human culture, valleys, and rivers is seamless, making it perfect for a seven-day itinerary. The itinerary was well-organized yet tightly packed, and all the attractions we visited were steeped in history and culture. We sincerely thank our guide, Lei, for his solid knowledge, which allowed him to eloquently explain the complex history of the Balkans. He also provided helpful local tips along the way, attentively cared for each member of the group, and handled any issues smoothly. The driver was also superb, driving steadily and skillfully. All the local guides were also dedicated and provided clear and thorough explanations. In short, we felt it was a fantastic and enjoyable trip, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

I joined a tour group to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Paris. The hotels in the Netherlands were conveniently located next to subway stations. The tour guide also explained some landmarks. The buses even had USB charging ports. For the price, these services were excellent value and solved all the hassles of independent travel! Highly recommended!!!

Our tour guide, Zhao Qun, was very attentive and caring, providing excellent commentary and even helping us buy inexpensive butter biscuits. Although the hotels were in a remote area, they were all four-star hotels. The breakfast was good, the vehicles were new and had charging ports, and were very comfortable. The tour members came from all over the world, and everyone was very polite. For €99 a day, including transportation, hotel, and tour guide service, it was excellent value for money. All four of us were very satisfied and will definitely join a Ctrip European tour again next time.
